What do I get?
The right to download an online course for 30 days following settlement of the course fee. Courses come in form of a Flash-based presentation, complete with slides and sound, but cannot be copied or printed.
How do I register for the online training?
Fill out the registration form and send it back to school@fineo.com either via e-mail or fax on +33 1 56 33 32 33. Upon full payment reception, you will receive an e-mail with your log-in and access codes to the chosen course(s) and an invoice. A lot of providers have anti spam filters which prohibit that you receive e-mails from us. If you don't get e-mails from FINEO, check out your spam folders. Also check out if the server isn't blocked by our firewall. If you haven't got an e-mail from us, please contact us.
How do I pay?
All online purchases must be paid for with a major credit card or via bank transfer. Our bank account data and the total amount are shown in your registration form. You can recall these data as long as your order is pending in The School of Investor Relations in your personal account section. If you pay via bank account transfer, please use your company name as reference.
How do I get an invoice?
Upon full payment reception, you will receive an e-mail with your log-in and access codes to the chosen course(s) and an invoice.
Product Usage/Registration
Begin immediately or anytime within 30-days after signing-up and password connection. You can stop the course at a desired point and re-access the appropriate section at a later time.
